i think in my previous post i have wrote what you have to do when you are with your smoker friends. actually we have to analyze this thing before post to public to view. i havent done that yet. so i keep this post empty and wil re-post after i found out how it can be done. so i just want to concerntrate on stop smoking for now. seems it has to be experince it first.
for your info today just had 4 stick, as i promised cut half from yesterday.

Day 4 - the most common reason why people smoke - Part 3
hey fellas,
to day i want to share about why people smoke after eat. it is very common among smokers. it is because smokers digesting system already corrupted with carbon monoxide. its so contaminated, it need extra enzyme to digest those foods. that is which generated from the smoke we suck inside. sooner it will be familiar to the system. and the system will malfunction without it. I'm telling this not based on any medical book or doctor. its my own experience.
to prevent this you have to chew Icy cool Nicorette or any other sugar free gum. because your mouth will like want to chewing something or smoke after you eat. it is better to do the first one.
drink lots of water and eat fresh fruits. not junk fruit please.
to day i have rough time. together with my friends went to Pub today. i taught it is better to be active smoker than a passive. because passive smokers has 85% chances more than active smokers to get cancer and other decease. so i had some cigarettes, but still want to quit.
always remember the 1st lesson, AVOID. try to avoid your smoker friends. I'm not telling to break the relationship with them. i love my friends and i love myself. if you have enough self-control you can hang-around with them in whatever situation. sure your will understand and they will support you. my friends are very supportive in this case.
today had 8 stick. have to cut it for 2moro.

Day 3 -The most common reason why people smoke-part 2

hey fellas,
today i want to talk about 2nd reason what make people to smoke. caffeine is one of them. i have read in one medical encyclopedia, that caffeine can boost the need of nicotine in our blood. i don't actually remember what was the book name and the sources. if i remembered, i will post it again later.
so smokers + caffeine-addicts, how to stop smoking?
actually i also a caffeine-addicts. i drink about 6 cup of coffee every day. i had hard time on this. after had coffee, our mouth will feel strange without smoking. so the best way i tried is Nicorette or normal chewing gum. just chew 'em after u finished ur coffee or tea. it will pause u a while to get a puff yet it cleans ur teeth. but fellas, bette chew something less sugar. otherwise u have to bloggin to How to lose wight in 28 days.
drink plain water after u had coffee. it will clean ur mouth.
today only 5 stick only yo. after 5 days, no more smoking, even occasionally

2nd Day- the most common reason why people smoke-part1
hey fellas,
its so difficult to stop smoking in my experience. i have tried to stop smoking about 8 times :-since this 7 year. smoking is like a daily routine to me. so I'm having hard time to quit. until i have found few info.
the most common time people will smoke when:-
1. after wake up/ Before go to washroom.
2. when drink coffee(caffeine)
3. after eat (most of them) to digest in their corrupted digesting system
4. when with other smoker friends.
5. when having hard drinks (beer, whisky, brandy)
6. when tension
7 and whenever their mouth feel like chewing something
so here we will discover one by one how to prevent all this possible reason to smoke by naturally and pharmaceutically.
i have prevented the 1st one. you have to drink a glass of warm water before you sleep and after u wake up. eat more vegetables and fruits every day. it gives vitamins and helps to digest foods easily. another 6 to beat. Rome does not build in one day. so we start slowly and live longer.
today i just had 6 stick of cigarettes and still counting down.

Day 1- nicorette

hey fellas,
to day i have started to quit smoking. from morning to night i only have smoked about 7 stick. (it is appreaciatable because i normally will smoke around 14 to 20 stick.). and i had a lot difficult time without smoking. some will smoke early in the morning after they wake up. I'm one of them. but to day i had so much difficulties without a cigarettes in my mouth until 2.00pm. then it continued to 2nd & 3rd. later after that i went to see my friend in a Nasi Kandar. he is a smoker too. so when he smoke i also feel like having one. there i smoked another 2 stick.
Lesson 1 avoid to meet your smoking friends in public area or advise them not to smoke when you with them.
we chat about our works. later one lady came to interview us. Actually she was Representative from a tobacco company, doing survey that which brand is tastier. since Malaysian government banned tobacco commercial in electronic media, they doing outdoor marketing. approaching smokers to promote. doing surveys on which is tasty. i gave my blog address n ask her to view. i told her smoking is very bad for health and I'm inviting people to join with me in quit smoking. (i hope she will view this blog and hope will notice how serious i was).
at evening i received my special delivery, Icy Cool Nicorette from TNT Courier service. which i had bought from the Internet. its so effective. it taste same like nicotine but sugar free and tasty. one gum equals to 4mg of nicotine. normally one stick of cigarettes contains 1.5 mg of nicotine. you can use by dividing in to two, that equals to 2mg each. my advise is use it when u really can not hold, and u need some puff to satisfy your nicotine need.
info: they reason why people addicted to cigarettes is the nicotine. the higher a nicotine level decrease in our blood, they higher people wanted to have smoke badly. that's why we can use nicorette
after i used it since i received, i did not smoke until this moment. so i guess tomorrow i will start my day without smoking. i have to try this because. my previous record was 23 hours only without smoke. hope i could beat this. be with me and quit together.

Cannabis smoking was introduced to Sub-Saharan Africa through Ethiopia and the east African coast by either Indian or Arab traders in the 1200s or earlier and spread on the same trade routes as those that carried coffee, which originated in the highlands of Ethiopia. It was smoked in calabash water pipes with terra cotta smoking bowls, apparently an Ethiopian invention which was later conveyed to eastern, southern and central Africa.
